Q. I’m on the web site; why don’t the products have prices?

While not logged in, you can browse the thousands of medical supply and durable medical equipment products to get descriptions and product information, but pricing is only visible to approved Tri State customers. After you are set up with a username and password you can login. Once you are logged in, all products will be displayed with your facility's special contract pricing.

Q. How can I find the products that I need?

You have a choice of three easy ways, and with the largest selection of long-term care products, we're sure to have what you looking for.

  • Product Category -- The website is split up into two parts: Medical Supplies & Durable Medical Equipment. Get to either one buy clicking on the icons in the center of the home page, or by using the category list on the left-hand side of the web site. Please note that the default setting for this category list is Medical Supplies. To view equipment, click on Durable Medical Equipment, and the category names listed will change to the Durable Medical Equipment category titles. You can follow the links by category until you get to the item want.
  • Product Search - Type in the item code or a description of the product you're looking for in the "Product Search" area at the top left side of the screen. Hit Enter, and you'll see a list of products matching your search.
  • AutoList - AutoList Is a customized order form made up from the products you've ordered in the past. Every time you order a new product it gets added to your AutoList. To use AutoList you must first log in. After logging in, just click on "My Account" at the top of the screen, and then click the AutoList tab on the right-hand side. Enter the quantities of the products you want and click "Add to Order" .You can delete any unused items from your AutoList as you wish.
Q. How do I register with
A. Only approved customers can fully use To register go to the "Request an Account" on the top right hand side of your screen or contact your local Tri State representative to get a username and password.
Q. What happens if I put all the items I want into my “Order Contents then I logoff without completing my order?
A. No problem. All the products will be saved for you along with the quantities you wanted. Just click on "Order Contents" on the top right-hand side of the website the next time you log in.
Q. What if I’m interested in a product that I can’t find on the website?

We have access to thousands of products from numerous manufactures and the products listed on our website are our most commonly ordered items. However, if you are looking for a product and don't find it here, we have a built-in option to help you. Whenever you put an item in the search bar and no products are found matching your search, a short form will load onto the screen. Just type in your name, your facility's name, product code/s and the name of the product/s you want, and click send. Then we do all the work! We will add the product you need onto the website along with your contracted pricing, so you can place your order with no hassle. The item/s will remain on the website for all future ordering.

Q. How do I place an order
A. Just click on the picture or description of any item, and that item's product page will open. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen, enter the quantity you want, and click "Add to Order". These items will be placed in your "Order Contents". Once you have selected all the products needed, you can proceed to check out.  Then go through the easy two step order conformation. You can even print out a summary of your order when you are done.
Q. How do I know if you received my order?
A. After you have placed the order, you will get a confirmation message on your screen to tell you your order has been received. In addition, you will receive an email with the order summary and confirmation number.
Q. Can I cancel my order after I get conformation?
A. Orders are instantly transmitted to the warehouses for shipment and therefore difficult to intercept. If you need to change an order that you've placed using the web site just call your local Tri State Surgical office.
